Our Shipping & Exchange Policy

 We  deliver consulting outputs in digital form. This policy explains how deliverables are provided and corrected if needed.

1. Delivery of Services 

• All consulting reports, audits, and recommendations are delivered electronically via email or secure client portals. 

• No physical shipping is involved unless explicitly agreed in writing. 

2. Timelines 

• Delivery timelines are agreed upon at the start of each project. 

• Delays caused by incomplete client inputs or access restrictions are not our responsibility. 

3. Exchange / Corrections 

• If deliverables are incomplete, inaccurate, or contain errors attributable to us, corrected versions will be provided at no additional cost. 

• Exchanges are limited to digital deliverables and do not apply to services already rendered. 

4. No Returns 

• As consulting services are knowledge-based and customized, returns are not applicable. 

• Once services are delivered, they are considered final unless corrections are required under the clause above. 

5. Governing Laws & Jurisdiction 

• This policy is governed by the laws of India. 

• Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
