Oommen is a seasoned IT professional with 35 years of industry experience across Cybersecurity, GRC, Privacy, AI, IT Infrastructure, and Application Support & Maintenance. He has led global engagements across diverse industries.

His prior 23‑year tenure at Infosys Ltd. spanned IT infra/cybersecurity service delivery and governance, consulting and advisory, and GRC Practice CoE leadership.

He is known for building and guiding high‑performance teams, mentoring professionals, and driving collaboration and excellence in dynamic business environments.

Oommen holds multiple global certifications, including PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, CGEIT, CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CPISI, CSX‑P, DP‑GDPR‑LI, ISO27001‑LA, CIPPE, CIPM, and FIP.

He volunteers as Co‑Chair of the IAPP KnowledgeNet Chapter and serves as ISC2 Chapter Director in Pune, India. He is also a recognized thought leader with several publications and speaking engagements.
